Our Tour Pass definitely helped us experience much more of Savannah at a much lower cost.

Tour pass was easy to use and saved us money by purchasing it.

We are a family of 4 (2 teenagers) and decided to use this service after reading the reviews. It was an easy service with app to use. Very helpful in finding museums downtown. I would recommend!

Savannah Tour Pass

While my spouse was attending a 2 Day conference in Savannah, I was able to explore this beautiful city on my own and it started with Tour Pass! For my first day in Savannah, I chose to purchase a Hop On/Hop Off 1 Day pass and that allowed me a way to familiarize myself with the city so that I could find my way on foot the following day with ease. I couldn't recommend Tour Pass more! From the very first stop, every person I interacted with that worked for the Trolley tour, I felt comfortable and was thoroughly entertained by all of the stories and sights. Southern hospitality is very real and genuine in Savannah, and I was welcomed to the city, given a narrated historical tour throughout the time I spent on the trolley and felt that I could easily navigate this tour on my own when I got off at each stop. There were three people I'd like to mention that were superior in their customer service and they were Bunny (Trolley Stand Customer Service), Tony ( a Trolley Driver) and Cat (Ticket collector). Thank you for helping a tourist felt welcomed and safe, too!

We purchased a two day pass and picked several tours and planned to use the trolley. Our tickets would not scan for the trolley but Pearl at the train station was able to clear up the issue- kudos to her!! We thought the walking tour would include more information about homes and gardens of the squares- and while it was informative it was boring. We really enjoyed the nighttime ghost trolley tour and our guide was entertaining, and told clever anecdotes! Finally, we recommend the riverboat for a relaxing hour or so for a different perspective on the city! So yes, buy your Tour Passes and enjoy a good look at Savannah!- we’re glad we did it and love the City of Savannah - but if you have the time, get the three day pass to use more of the offered tours.

Love Charleston and all that TourPass makes available. We’ve been to Charleston multiple times however this is the first time I’ve used TourPass. We did and saw more sites than we could imagine. All of the tours were top-notch. Highly recommended

Loved Tour Pass. Great information, directions, FAQs. The only problem is that you need more than 3 days in Savannah. Should be at least 4 days and really 5 with so much history there. We ran very hard to cram as much into 3 days as humanly possible.

We purchased our Tour Pass and picked our featured tours. All of our tours were very interesting and professionally done. Tour Pass was easy to use and they responded to our needs when one of our tours were canceled due to weather and we were able to book another tour very quickly. It was good. We purchased the 3-day pass. My advice to those who are wanting to buy a Tour Pass is to really plan your time well as it takes a lot of time to visit some of these sites. I learned early that some places were closed on Monday and some on Tuesday. (that maybe seasonal not sure) Also take your America the Beautiful Pass to get into Ft. Moultrie for free. Not sure we saved any money esp once I found out that there were discounts for military or senior. We did enjoy our bus tour even with the guy talking very fast. :) I suggest to take that tour first so you get oriented on where everything is located downtown. I also suggest that you go to the visitor center and get a map. Our time at Ft Sumter was only 40 minutes off the boat which definitely was not enough time to see everything. Dress warm for Ft. Sumter it was very cool and windy the day we went (March). The best part is we did not have to worry about paying to go into each location; we just showed our Tour Pass on our phone. The app that they had for locations, etc was very valuable. I have to add that I called their office and did talk to someone about some concerns and they were extremely helpful.

Absolutely worth the money! Great selection of both featured and standard attractions! Would definitely purchase again!

My family recently visited Charleston and the Tour Pass was the way to go! We chose the Carriage Ride, an absolute must! The Walking Ghost Tour was creepy for sure, but very entertaining and Fort Sumter was pretty cool also. We loved taking advantage of the Standard Features as well, enjoying free donuts and dole whip and the Fun Park was a highlight of the trip as well. The merchants were very friendly and happy to honor our pass. I wouldn’t go to Charleston again without taking advantage of the TourPass. 10 out 10!

We used the pass for 3 days. So worth the money.

It helped us figure out what we wanted to I see & how to get there. Warning, you must be a bit agile to get off of it.

Purchased the TourPass online in advance of our trip. We selected a two day pass which included 3 premium selections and as many standard selections we could fit in.

Slick, slick, slick! The premium tours tell you how many spots are available which made it easy to know if you have time to choose or pick right away. Once selected you just go at the appointed time and tell the provider you are using tourpass. Your name is on their list! Worked flawlessly!

The Standard tours is just as simple. You go, tell them you have tourpass, you click a button, the provider gives you a code which you type in and click submitt. That's it! Enjoy!

This system works great and is a savings. Makes scheduling your vist EZPZ!

If you're on the fence, buy it!

I was very impressed with both the Horse drawn carriage tour and the Hop on Hop off Trolley on March 30th Every driver of the Trolly was knowledgeable and presentation of the narrative tour was well done.

The pass offered a lot of places to see but you do need to use a lot of them to get your money's worth. The app was easy to use - both to make reservations and also to check in for a tour. Problem was, since this appears to be a third party app, if you have problems with a tour, it would be too difficult to arrange for another date. I had booked A Walk Through Midnight tour but the tour guide did not show at the appointed place. I found another couple waiting for the same tour. We tried calling the number in the app but it did not do any good. It was an answering service. Trying to call Tourpass didn't do any good either as I cannot reschedule as I was leaving early the next day.

Loved it!

Bought this pass to make the most of our time in Charleston. It was super easy to use and allowed us to quickly access all the sites we wanted to see - as well as a few we wouldn’t have done if it hadn’t been for the pass. Great value and I highly recommend.

St Augustine TourPass

Tour Pass is a good deal Had a problem with one vender that double scanned our pass and used up one of our tours. Contacted Tour Pass and explained the problem and corrected it immediately

I bought to have ready, but not been able to use any feature yet to review. I would like to make reservations ahead of the actual date, but it appears I have to do it that particular morning.

Charleston Tour Pass

The only tour pass for the city of Charleston see as many sites as you want of the course of the amount of days you select.

We toured Savannah February 24-March 2 and the Tour Pass was a worthwhile expenditure! We saved a bundle and visited many sites and venues that we probably wouldn’t have with the pass.
